Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery Information
Current turn-around time for orders is 24 hours to 48 hours from receipt of payment.
You may order through the website, e-mail address, or by phone.
Should you chose not to use our secure website, please contact me with your selections. I will then contact you with payment requirements.
- We now accept all of these credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
- Paypal is also available. A Paypal account is not necessary to use this service.
- All international orders are payable by Paypal only! They will ship in a flat rate box. You will be contacted with the final cost for this international service
- All orders under $50.00 value will be shipped USPS Priority. Most orders are received within three business days.
- Fed Ex ground will ship orders over that amount. Insurance is optional. Please let me know if I can ship to a business address since Fed Ex ground is frequently less expensive.
Free shipping does NOT apply to wholesale orders and insurance is mandatory.
Fed Ex is our usual shipping vendor for wholesale. You can be billed direct for this service.
Don't forget that we offer local Kenosha delivery at a nominal fee of $2
- I cannot be held responsible for uninsured orders that are lost or damaged in the mail.
- Shipping is charged on a Flat-Rate basis according to the dollar value of the Retail Order.
- A flat rate envelope may be used when possible
- If I can fit your order in the USPS flat rate small box for $9.80 or a large flat rate box at$12.95, I will manually fix the shipping and only charge your account for that amount
- Orders Over $50.00 receive FREE SHIPPING! Wholesale Orders not included in this offer.
- Customer must pay insurance on these orders.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of my products, I am unable to accept returns, issue refunds or credits. If upon receipt of your soap product you find it verifiably defective in manufacture, contact me immediately so I can issue return instructions. (I will pay shipping to have you send back any defective soap for our inspection/replacement.)

I stand behind my products 100% and YOUR total satisfaction is always my goal! However with products that touch the skin, or shipped products of indeterminate age, I am unable to "take them back" or re-stock if they have been used, or even if un-used, when I cannot verify the product's shelf-life or risk of contamination. If products are custom-made-to-order, I also cannot take them back. If your soap product is defective in some way due to rough handling in shipping, save all shipping materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue can be resolved with the carrier. Let me know immediately!
