FAQ's

I'm very proud to live in the fine state of Wisconsin. It has been my home all of my life.

Most of my life was spent in southeastern Wisconsin in the small town of Waterford. This is where I raised my children

My parents came from the small town of Glidden in northern Wisconsin where my father owned a tavern. They came to this part of the state when I was five years old

We have recently added the much requested Wisconsin beer soaps featuring the fine micro-brewery craft beers of Capital Brewery.

There is more than novelty to beer soap. The beer itself adds a delicious and thick lather while conditioning your skin.

This soap has taken me awhile and I do apologize for that. The whole procedure is a bit more complex than I expected. The good news is that I get to drink some really good beer while perfecting the process. How good is that!

Beer is not just for breakfast! Did you know that beer has food value but food does not have beer value? My dear friend Scott educated me on this. We used to do a little brewing ourselves.

Organic hops grown in Kenosha, WisconsinWe still grow some hops in our garden. I hope to add some of our organic hops to the fall soap brews. It is truly a delight to grow hops.

They start out as rhizomes  that are planted rather shallow. Once established they climb and cover our fence. They have such pretty little cones and are ripe for harvest in late August or early September.

Gift giving has never been simpler with our 5% discount on any three or more product purchase. Our local customers enjoy personalized delivery at a nominal fee and you can enjoy free shipping when you purchase $50 or more on our website.
